Can I mix Kix with liquids other than water?
Yes, you can. This generally won’t affect the effectiveness of Kix. However, be cautious when mixing Kix with alcoholic beverages! Combining alcohol with Kix may lead to undesirable or even dangerous situations. Never mix Kix with an energy drink.
What does caffeine do?
Caffeine is a stimulating substance that naturally occurs in plants such as coffee beans, tea leaves, cocoa beans, and guarana. It affects the central nervous system and is used to increase alertness, energy, and endurance.
How much caffeine can you safely consume per day?
According to the Nutrition Centre, healthy adults can generally consume up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine per day without problems. For pregnant and breastfeeding women, the recommended maximum intake is 200 mg per day.
For children, a safe amount is 3 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight. For example, a 5-year-old child weighing 20 kilograms can safely consume about 60 mg per day, and a 10-year-old child weighing 35 kilograms about 100 mg per day.
Who should be cautious?
Kix is a dietary supplement containing caffeine. If you have high blood pressure or heart problems, we strongly advise against using Kix.
For children under 18 years old, we recommend not exceeding 3 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight per day. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume more than 200 mg of caffeine per day.
Some people may be sensitive to caffeine or other ingredients in Kix. You can find the full list of ingredients above or on the back of the sachet.

What should I do if I feel unwell?
If you feel unwell after using Kix, contact a doctor immediately.
